This week’s show is with Toronzo Cannon. He will be telling us about how he signed on with Delmark Records and how he got the president of a competing label to write the notes for his new CD. We will also be hearing a song from Toronzo’s CD, Leaving Mood. Toronzo is the vocalist, song writer, and guitarist. He always turns out really good guitar solos. Carl Weathersby plays guitar on two tracks and Matthew Sholler is the very capable harp player on three tracks. Toronzo Cannon is a blues man that takes you back to the great Chicago blues sound, great job.
